Peter Ivers (the host at the beginning of this clip) was a pre-Jad Fair, releasing a handful of painfully wimpy pop Lp's throughout the '70's. Jello Biafra was a fan. He hosted New Wave Theatre outta L.A. (from whence this was taken) until his mysterious murder in the early '80's.
